What do you see?

Look at the picture below.

Do you see it as anti-clockwise or clockwise?

So when I found this picture, I gathered all my family members to study the picture.

Here's the funny part. While I saw it as clockwise, sometimes my mum saw it as anti-clockwise. Then I'll say, "It's clockwise." She'll insist, "No la...it's anti-clockwise. Can't you see it?" Once a while we agree with the direction. Then suddenly, she will say it's clockwise. But I saw it as anti-clockwise. I have to bring other family members like my bro and dad to support our claims. Strangely, everybody else saw different things at different time.

And each insists that they are RIGHT.

So I learn something from this experience.

Sometimes in life, the way of doing things are ambiguous. There are no fixed ways to approach a matter. What may seem to be right to some people may not seem right to another. What you believe is the way, other people may not think so.

But what do we do in this situation?

Do you always give in to the ways of the more dominant people? They request it to be done their way. You have no choice but to follow them even though you know your way is right too.

Or do you fight for your own opinions? Knowing that your way can work as well...

What do you do?
